Scott Honour
Chairman
Scott is the co-founder and Managing Partner of Northern Pacific Group. Scott previously served as Senior Managing Director of The Gores Group. Prior to joining The Gores Group in 2002, Scott held various positions at UBS Warburg, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and DLJ Merchant Banking. Scott also co-founded Titan CNG, and YapStone. Scott started his career as an Analyst at Trammell Crow Company. Scott earned a B.S. in Business Administration and a B.A. in Economics, cum laude, from Pepperdine University, and an M.B.A. in Finance and Marketing from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Rick Gaenzle
Director
Founder and Managing Director at Gilbert Global Equity Partners, a $1.2bn private equity fund, and a board member at Sustainable Opportunities Acquisition Corporation with previous experience at Soros Capital, Mr. Gaenzle is also a Senior Adviser at Impact Delta, a consulting firm that advises financial services firms on impact investing. Mr. Gaenzle earned a B.A. from Hartwick College and his M.B.A. from Fordham University, Fordham Graduate School of Business.
Marcy Haymaker
Director
Prior to Northern Pacific Group, Marcy was an Associate at The Gores Group. She began her career as an Analyst at US Bancorp. Marcy earned a B.S. in Finance from the Curtis L. Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota.
R. Rudolph Reinfrank
Director
Rudy is Managing General Partner of Riverford Partners, a board member of Apollo Investment Corp and Senior Advisor to BC Partners. He is the co-founder and a Managing General Partner of Clarity Partners L.P. and Rader Reinfrank. Mr. Reinfrank has a Bachelors degree from Stanford University and an MBA from UCLA.
Omar Keilaf
Director
Omar is the Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Innoviz Technologies. He has served as a System and Product Team Manager at Consumer Physics and served in Unit 81 of the Israeli Defense Forces’ elite technology unit. Omar has his Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree and MBA from Tel Aviv University.
Thomas J. Abood
Director
Mr. Abood is CEO of EVO Transportation & Energy Services, Inc, a national transportation firm serving the USPS and other freight customers. Currently, he sits on the board of directors or trustees of Nelson Worldwide Holdings, a national architecture, engineering and interior design firm, SBH Funds, a mutual fund complex sponsored by Segall Bryant and Hamill and Perception Capital Corp II. From 1994 to 2014, Mr. Abood was an owner and Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Dougherty Financial Group LLC, a financial services firm, where he had management responsibility for its investment advisory businesses.
Mr. Abood is past Chair of the board of directors and executive committee member of Citation Jet Pilots, Inc. owner pilot association, past Chair of the Board and director of MacPhail Center for Music, Chair of the Archdiocesan Finance Council of the Archdiocese of St. Paul and Minneapolis, past Chair of the Board and governor of the University of St. Thomas School of Law, past Chair of the Board and director of the Minnesota Children’s Museum and past President and Governor, The Minikahda Club.
Mr. Abood was raised in Lansing, Michigan, received his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, cum laude and his BBA from the University of Notre Dame, magna cum laude.
Karrie Willis
Director
Karrie Willis has served on our board of directors since November 2022. Ms. Willis is the CFO of SMITH, a full-service digital agency with expertise in commerce, technology, custom architecture and software development.
Prior to joining SMITH in 2020, Ms. Willis was the CFO of United Language Group, where she worked for four years. Currently, she is an independent board member and chair of the audit committee of MSA Engineering, a board member and treasurer of The Heroes Journey and executive chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee of SMITH, where she also attends all board meetings and presents content as a non-board member. During Ms. Willis’ tenure at United Language Group, she attended all board meetings and presented content as a non-board member. Ms. Willis has over 25 years of experience in financial and board leadership in private, private-equity and family fund sponsored structures.
She earned a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wisconsin La Crosse and is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant in Minnesota.
